Two bicycles can be seen in the middle of the roadway as the footage draws to a close.
Armed officers were called to just after 7.45pm but those involved had already fled.
West Midlands Police's Major Crime Unit launched an investigation and found that Lemathy had himself been stabbed in the disorder and had taken himself to hospital.
Detectives found that the 21-year-old was involved in the disorder and fired the gun.
Lemathy, of Holte Road, Perry Barr, was promptly arrested after he was discharged from hospital and charged.
